Mr. Tarter brings over 24 years of experience in electrical design, installation, construction and project management for the general and electrical contracting industries.

Before joining Enchanted Rock in 2012, Mr. Tarter worked as the General Contractor and Project Manager for the installation of over 24 MW of reliability assets deployed by Enchanted Rock throughout the Houston area.  These projects were complex in design with extensive construction requirements.  All were safely commissioned on time and on budget.

Prior to working with Enchanted Rock, Mr. Tarter was General and Electrical Contractor for numerous projects throughout Texas and the Gulf Coast for heavy commercial, industrial, main stream energy and power generation projects which logged over 1,000,000 accident free man hours.

Mr. Tarter completed the IBEW / NECA electrical apprenticeship program and currently holds Master Electrician Licenses in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas and Oklahoma. He is also an NCCER certified electrician and professional member of NECA and NFPA.
